Well Whiskey Friday

It’s about life. It’s about death. It’s about how I manage to slowly get there one glass of Barton Reserve at a time. Actually, I’m not really that bad a drinker (unless I’m depressed or contemplating trying to write an actual novel), but I do have fun with the bottle.

Well Whiskey Friday is a name borne from my way of livening up happy hour by, on days when I decide to forgo beer for liquor, drinking cheap, bottom-shelf liquor and asking for it by name. Because I think it’s funny.

Other things to know: I live in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, but have no tattoos. I work as an accountant, but can barely add. I aspire to greatness, but I often disappoint. But I’m likable and funny and not ugly and find a way to get by.
